THUYA NEUTRALIZER CREAM

Thuya Neutralizer Cream is the second step in the brow lamination process.

Thuya Neutralizer Cream is formulated to lower the pH level of the hair back to its normal range, effectively closing and repairing the cuticle layer and locking in the new shape of the hair. Additionally, the conditioning agents in the neutralizer cream help keep the hair soft and silky.

Simply twist the cap on the tube to open the product. The cream is white in color. Please be aware that the consistency of the Neutralizer Cream may vary from batch to batch. There's no need to worry if you notice a slight change in consistency.
